Meet Coach Courtney
Healing after betrayal, heartbreak, or addiction is one of the hardest things a person can face. It takes courage to admit you need support and strength to take the next step forward. That’s where Coach Courtney comes in.
Courtney is a professional coach with deep wisdom about complex healing journeys. She brings warmth, empathy, and gentle structure to every session, creating a space where it feels safe to learn, share, and grow. With her by your side, you’ll feel supported, understood, and encouraged to take meaningful action toward the life and relationships you want.
Courtney’s Approach
Courtney’s style is much like Dr. Kathy's — warm, friendly, and positive. She is a supportive listener who also encourages action. She gently helps people recognize where unhealthy dynamics may be forming, often around blurred or missing boundaries, and guides them toward healthier ways of relating.
Because of her background in addiction and recovery, Courtney deeply believes in the power of personal responsibility. She helps people see the choices they do have and empowers them to use those choices to change their lives for the better.
Her Story
Courtney has endured more suffering than most. She grew up in a home marked by instability and drug addiction, where reliable care was never guaranteed. Like many who live with pain and unpredictability, Courtney turned to alcohol and prescription medications at one point to cope. But she realized that path only led to more heartbreak — and she did the hard work to become sober.
Her journey through pain, shame, and sobriety gives her a unique ability to understand the struggles of people who feel trapped in destructive cycles, including straying partners. She knows what it’s like to feel broken and what it takes to choose healing. Her resilience, persistence, and compassion shine through in every session she leads.

Why Work with Courtney
Courtney balances compassion with no-nonsense truth-telling. She understands the shame and suffering many people carry, yet she never lets that keep you stuck. She helps you see clearly, take responsibility for your healing, and move forward with strength.
Whether you are navigating infidelity, addiction, or deep emotional wounds, Courtney will meet you where you are — and walk with you as you heal.
What Clients Say
“I had the privilege of working with Coach Courtney, and even though we’ve only had one session so far, I already feel like it’s made a huge impact. She was incredibly positive, caring, and attentive to my feelings, creating a space where I felt truly heard and supported. What really stood out, though, was how she helped me come up with strategies to deal with different situations which left me with a renewed sense of direction. I am eager to see how future sessions can help me grow even more.”
